I’m happy to share that I’ve recently qualified as a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) with a specialism in psychotherapy.

This is the result of several years of in-depth clinical training, personal therapy, supervision, and academic study. It’s a masters-level qualification that recognises a deep commitment to ethical, relational, and effective therapeutic work.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy or returning to it, I currently have a few spaces available. I offer a warm, thoughtful space to explore whatever might be on your mind or weighing on your heart.
