Summary

As a Care Assistant at Fast Falls Response LTD, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly clients in their homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Support clients with mobility assistance and medication management as required.
Maintain accurate records of client care and progress in accordance with company policies.
Requirements

Previous experience in elderly care or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team and support the company. Based in our office, the Care Coordinator will play a vital role in organizing and overseeing the rotas, personalized care plans, staff meeting and monitoring the quality of care provided to our amazing customers, ensuring their needs and wishes are met with compassion and professionalism. This position is essential to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for the service users we serve, while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage rotas and care plans tailored to each elderly client’s needs, ensuring person centred care is evidenced.
Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Schedule and assign superhero staff efficiently to meet client requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of care activities and client interactions.
Support ongoing training and development initiatives for superhero staff.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or coordination roles.
