✨ A strong geomagnetic storm is moving towards Earth today, and many people can feel these shifts before they even understand what’s happening.

Solar storms happen when bursts of energy from the Sun interact with Earth’s magnetic field.

Spiritually and energetically, they can heighten emotions, sensitivity, vivid dreams, headaches, tiredness, restlessness, anxiety or even a feeling that something within you is shifting or awakening.

With tonight’s New Moon πŸŒ‘ bringing dark skies and powerful cosmic energy, it feels like a deep energetic reset is taking place.

You may feel:
🌊 emotionally sensitive
πŸŒ™ extra intuitive
⚑ restless or unable to switch off
πŸ’ reflective about your life and future
πŸ’™ called to slow down and ground your energy

This is a beautiful time to:
✨ rest and protect your energy
✨ spend time in nature
✨ meditate or journal
✨ work with grounding crystals like Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz or Hematite
✨ drink plenty of water and listen to your body

The energy feels powerful today, almost like the universe is asking us to pause, realign and prepare for a new chapter.

It’s time to Fasten your seatbelts my lovelies ⚑️⚑️⚑️

The Ta**us ♉️ New Moon πŸŒ‘ tonight this one feels powerful.

This isn’t just about setting a few wishes for the month ahead.
This New Moon carries deep grounding energy, the kind that asks you to slow down, become intentional, and really look at the life you are building for yourself over time.

Astrologically, this energy is connected to a much bigger cycle, one that can shape chapters of our lives for years to come.

The seeds you plant now, emotionally, spiritually, financially, and personally have the potential to grow into something lasting and meaningful.

Ta**us ♉️ reminds us that true transformation is not always loud or instant.
Sometimes it is quiet.
Steady.
Rooted.

It is choosing peace over chaos.
Choosing self-worth over settling.
Choosing healing over repeating old patterns.
Choosing the version of yourself that feels safe, authentic, empowered and deeply aligned.

If life has felt unsettled lately, if emotions have been rising, or if things have felt heavy and uncertainty, try not to fear it.

The soil is simply being turned.
Old energy is shifting to make space for something more solid, more beautiful, more true to who you are becoming.

This New Moon is asking you:
✨ What life do you truly want to create?
✨ What are you ready to commit to long term?
✨ What future version of you are you finally ready to honour?

♉️Ta**us New Moon Guidance:

* Journal your intentions carefully and clearly
* Focus on stability, abundance, self-worth, home, healing and long-term dreams
* Spend time in nature or near water to ground your energy
* Light a candle and speak your intentions aloud
* Create rituals that feel calming, nurturing and supportive to your nervous system
* Remember: small consistent steps create lasting change

πŸ’Ž Crystals to work with:

* ✨ Green Aventurine β€” abundance, opportunity & growth
* ✨ Rose Quartz β€” self-love, softness & emotional healing
* ✨ Smoky Quartz β€” grounding & releasing fear
* ✨ Moss Agate β€” new beginnings & steady growth
* ✨ Pyrite β€” confidence, prosperity & manifestation
* ✨ Clear Quartz β€” amplifying your intentions

πŸŒ‘ Simple Ta**us New Moon Ritual:
Write down 3 things you truly wish to build over the next few years, not from fear, pressure or lack but from love, alignment and trust.

Place your crystals around your paper, take a few deep breaths, and say:

β€œI allow myself to create a life that feels peaceful, abundant, grounded and true to my soul.”

Then trust that every loving step you take from here matters more than you realise. ✨

The night before the New Moon πŸŒ‘ is often called the Dark Moon, a deeply quiet, reflective space within the lunar cycle.

Unlike the New Moon, which is about planting seeds and setting intentions, the Dark Moon carries the energy of endings, rest, surrender, and the void.
It is the moment where the Moon disappears completely from the sky, inviting us inward before a new cycle begins.

Spiritually, the Dark Moon is a powerful time to:

* Pause and slow down
* Reflect on what feels complete
* Release emotions, habits, fears, or attachments
* Rest your nervous system and energy
* Sit in stillness rather than rushing ahead

It is often seen as the β€œcosmic exhale” before the inhale of the New Moon.

Many people feel:

* More emotional or sensitive
* More tired or withdrawn
* Called to be alone or quieter than usual
* More intuitive, psychic, or dreamy during this phase

The Dark Moon reminds us that not every moment is for action.
Sometimes healing happens in the pause.
In the silence.
In the unseen.

Beautiful things to do during a Dark Moon:

πŸŒ‘ Journaling what you are ready to release
πŸŒ‘ Taking a salt bath or cleansing shower
πŸŒ‘ Meditation or Reiki
πŸŒ‘ Burning old notes or intentions safely as a release ritual
πŸŒ‘ Working with crystals like Black Moonstone, Labradorite, Obsidian, Smoky Quartz, or Amethyst
πŸŒ‘ Early nights, gentle movement, quiet reflection

Affirmation:
β€œI honour the stillness within me.
I release what no longer serves my soul and trust the wisdom of new beginnings.”

Mental Health Awareness Week πŸ’š

So much anxiety comes from trying to hold everything together all at once.

Fibromyalgia Awareness Day πŸ’œ

Today is about raising awareness for a condition that so many people live with quietly every single day.

As someone who suffers with Fibromyalgia myself, I truly understand how exhausting, painful and overwhelming it can be.

Fibromyalgia is more than just β€œfeeling tired” or β€œaching a little.”

It can affect the whole body, causing chronic pain, extreme fatigue, brain fog, sleep problems, headaches, sensitivity, anxiety and emotional exhaustion.

The hardest part?
So much of it is invisible.

Many people with Fibromyalgia look β€œfine” on the outside while fighting battles internally every single day.

We push through, smile through the pain, keep going for our families, our work, and our lives, even when our body is screaming for rest.

So today I simply ask for more understanding, more compassion, more patience and more awareness for those living with invisible illnesses.

To anyone struggling with Fibromyalgia today:
I see you.
I understand you.
And you are not alone πŸ’œ

πŸ’šMental Health Awareness WeekπŸ’š

Day 2 – Tuesday: Nourish Your Mind & Body

Your mental health is deeply connected to how you care for yourself physically, emotionally and energetically.

Today is your reminder to slow down and ask:
β€œWhat do I truly need today?”

Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s movement.
Maybe it’s quiet.
Maybe it’s support.

A few gentle things to try today:

πŸ’š Drink plenty of water
πŸ’š Eat nourishing foods
πŸ’š Spend time outside in nature
πŸ’š Stretch or move your body gently
πŸ’š Listen to calming music
πŸ’š Book a Reiki or healing session
πŸ’š Give yourself permission to rest

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Your wellbeing matters too. 🌿

Take a moment to pause.
Breathe deeply.
Step outside.
Drink water slowly.
Listen to your thoughts without judgement.

So many of us carry stress, anxiety, overwhelm and exhaustion silently while still trying to keep going for everyone else.

But your mind matters too.

A few gentle things you can do today:
πŸ’š Sit in nature for 10 minutes
πŸ’š Put your hand on your heart and breathe deeply
πŸ’š Journal how you truly feel
πŸ’š Rest without guilt
πŸ’š Have a Reiki or healing session to rebalance your energy
