We’re looking for a Hospitality & Events Lead to help shape the feel of everything we do… from busy café days to community events in the yurt and across the farm.

This is a role for someone who leads with care, keeps standards high, and understands that great hospitality is about people just as much as service.

You’ll be at the heart of it all… supporting the team, creating a welcoming space, and helping bring our events to life.

“My name is Claire and I am honoured to be guiding us in the beautiful space that is The Wellness Yurt.

The very first time I stepped through the door I knew this was the perfect place for us to gather and grow. A place where women could come to relax into their true selves with like minded women.

In circle we will share meditation, conversation, divination, energetic healing and honouring the changing seasons.

If you feel called to join us, no matter if this is your very first time or your hundreth, you will be most welcome.

“Hi, I’m Tamsin, the heart of Super Doula, Bournemouth.

I’m a birth and postnatal doula, passionate about advocating for the health and well-being of you and your baby. I offer personalised support to help you trust your intuition and step into your power, through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Animals and the great outdoors are my happy place. Family adventures with my dogs and ponies bring me joy, and living by the sea and the New Forest feels like a dream come true. I also love coffee, cake, quality time with family and friends, and binge-watching a good box set!

I volunteer as a breastfeeding peer supporter for Families and Babies (FAB) and with Doulas Without Borders, providing support to those who need it most.
Before becoming a doula, I was a teacher specialising in social, emotional, behavioural, and communication difficulties, working with young adults with diverse learning needs. This taught me the importance of truly individualised support, starting with safety, self-esteem, self-awareness, and communication. From there, confidence and autonomy can grow. This philosophy guides me in all areas of my life - as a mother, friend, daughter, wife, auntie, and doula.”
