So lovely to see the sun this bank holiday weekend. We have walked the streets of Bath for the last 3 days.. one day I’ll take my own advice and chill out 😆. Such a beautiful city though… 😊

The importance of self care has been very much on my mind recently…. don’t be afraid to take things slowly… some movement is better than no movement… this mornings walk around where I live was only about 5 miles and not very fast, but has made me feel so much better…do what you can xx

Well that was awful! 25 miles partly in torrential rain and thunder, partly in drizzle. A last minute change to the route meant we had to go back the way we came, 2 massive hills instead of 1 .. but we did it in 11 hours.. yes I still hurt 😂 no I’m not doing another… over £1270 raised so it was all worth it ! Thank you for your donations and support ###

Last training day yesterday in the Purbecks… I didn’t know if we would make the £500 target for our upcoming hike… we’ve just hit over £1000! Thank you to everyone who has been so generous and donated… hopefully in 5 days time I’ll be posting a picture of us at the finish line!

After 2 frustrating weeks not being able to train due to a dodgy ankle and back spasms 🙈 I’m back on it!! Only 3 weeks to go and nearly hit our target thanks to all you lovely generous people ☺️ it means a lot ###

Roadworks have finished on Ringwood road .. you can now travel both ways past M&S again 😅
