Some of my results from who has diagnosed my ongoing issue with reflux and occasional regurgitation. This has been ongoing for over a year and despite having a stool sample and gastroscopy done by the GP/ consultants. They were unable to diagnose why I had these symptoms and I was put on Omeprazole with no indication of when/if I could come off this medication. I took myself off Omeprazole and got in touch with James and thrilled I did.
Yes, having blood panels done is expensive but it would have cost me a lot more without figuring out what is actually going on. Plus now I have a baseline to refer back to as well.
James has me on a strict regime with the right supplements to help me on the road back to functioning optimally.

How can you help yourself with STRESS?
1) Realise when stress is causing you a problem
- Connecting physical signs &/or feelings with pressure you may be facing.
2) Identify the causes
- Links with above.
3) Stay active
- Can increase feel-good endorphins & other neural chemicals that can help boost your sense of wellbeing.
4) Get restful sleep
- Good sleep is necessary for your body to repair & recover.
5) Eat healthily
- Certain food can help improve mood, balance hormones, & boost energy.
6) Be kind to yourself
- Don't blame yourself
7) Maintain a routine
- Stick to daily patterns of healthy eating, exercising, & sleep. Gives you a sense of control
8) Practice self care
- Take time to relax, see friends, do sport, listen to music, have a massage or anything that makes you feel good
9) Be aware of smoking/drinking
- May seem to reduce symptoms initially, but increases the problem in the long run
