Pay: £13.15 - £13.25ph

This morning at Fernhill House Nursery School children had fun playing “Shrinking Vessel” out on the patio. Afterwards they sat next to our residents colouring portraits of Happy faces. Great to see the young learning from the old, and just as importantly, the old learning from the young.

This morning I introduced Joseph Pilates and his training methods to residents of Fernhill House. I was so pleased to see that everyone really enjoyed seated Pilates, especially using the deep thoracic breathing technique.
