Because no food is off limits when you're Food Optimising, it can be a vegan's (or vegetarian's) dream. With a bit of planning, itβs easy for members to get all the nutrients their body needs.

Plant-based diets are increasingly popular and, with a bit of extra planning to ensure they provide all the essential nutrients, they can be a very healthy way to eat.
As well as having a variety of protein-rich choices, itβs important to include food that provides plenty of:
β’ iron (from pulses, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables and fortified breakfast cereals)
β’ vitamin C (to help the iron be absorbed, good sources included strawberries, oranges and peppers)
β’ selenium (from unsalted nuts)
β’ iodine (from fortified dairy alternatives or a supplement)
β’ and vitamin B12 (yeast extract, fortified bread and breakfast cereals or a supplement)
Our members have access to 100's of FREE recipes and all of our Vegan/Vegetarian recipes are clearly labelled on the website and the App. We also have Vegan/Vegetarian recipe books available to purchase in group.
