Face to face Counselling in a safe, relaxing environment is another option, also zoom/skype or telephone Counselling. A free 30-minute consultation is available,

online or by telephone, with no obligation, to give the Client a chance to meet the therapist, and make their own mind up whether they would like to work with them. If you as a client decide to go ahead then we can work out a suitable time and way of going forward, which will be of most benefit to you.
