The most Beautiful feedback any care company would want to receive.

Hi Julie. In line with mum's explicit instructions, there will not be one. She wants a simple cremation. BUT .........I can tell you that mum loved you and Ian and the team, and had there been one, you would all have had front row seats as honoured guests.........I could say go say goodbye at the chapel...... I'll give permission.........but I don't advise it........what life gives, death takes away and it was awfully unnerving and upsetting at the end........I think I'd prefer you guys to remember her in the better days if that sits well with you? You people will always have a very special place in my heart.......please keep in touch. And know this.........if I get wind of anyone needing care.........they will be referred to you and the team........you people are absolute stars in my universe ######
