Navigating the threshold moments of life.

Allowing not controlling
Trusting not thinking
Letting go and knowing there's always a return
Realising without criticising
Flow not holding on

The last 5 weeks has seen ALOT of changes, it's felt like a real threshold for me to be with and move through including my girl moving to London for a few weeks all very quickly and suddenly before she....(thats all I'm allow to say at the moment)

It's made me question many things such as how much of my identity has been wrapped up in being a mom, that has been a large part of my life for the last 30 yrs and now it's all change again.

In the midst of all this I have gained so much clarity about who I am and what it is that needs to come through me.
I literally saw myself the other day before time even began, like millions of years ago, part of me was there, I could feel it and sense it and this magic has travelled through many lifetimes into this present day.

Things are moving and changing, shifting up, out and through, these last few weeks have been so much joy, tears, happiness, letting go, speaking my truth, using my voice, deciding what Nicola wants and what feels right and aligned for me right now.

I'm allowing the cleansing waters to move things through me as these changes unfold.
