I am absolutely passionate about my clients finding happiness and balance in their lives. Helping them to know that they always have a quite confident place within, even if the world and events are swirling madly around them. I qualified as a Meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation as I wanted to increase my work in schools. Anxiety in children is rising and I've loved watching them grow with the Mindfulness Meditation sessions I carry out in school. The benefits I gained through meditation have been so amazing that I have also set up Mindfulness Meditation courses or one to one sessions for adults too. Alongside this I offer Reiki, Reflexology and Foot tapping treatments to aid overall physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

🎄 Festive Meditation Class 🎄

Had such a lovely evening 🥰 yesterday with eight lovely members of my meditation class, finding some calm in the run up to Christmas. Lots of different meditations, visualisations (we took ourselves to Santa’s Grotto as Elves to send energetic gifts to our family and friends 🤣❤️ and then we also sat on a wishing bench in Central Park either being with ancestors or thinking of our future desires ❤️) and practiced breath, mantra and mindfulness craft for the rest of the evening. Thank you all for coming and continuing to support my classes 🎄❤️🎄 x

This is a class for those with some experience of meditation. We’ll spend two hours, finding a space of calm, peace and joy through meditation and mindful activities, mulled punch and mince pies ⭐️ 🎄

When I asked my class if for a third year in a row they’d like to do a vision board meditation class, the answer was a resounding yes 🥰 We first meditate on what we’d like to welcome or manifest in the coming year, we then put together our boards and finally meditate to set the intentions in ❤️ It’s a really relaxed, happy creating class and is always a joy to run. Thank you all for coming, I loved it ❤️

Last night I ran one of the special two hour classes that I do a few times per year. This one was called Flowers 🌺 , Chocolate 🍫 and sound 🎵 and it included mantra, body relaxation, senses and visualisation meditations alongside mindful flower arranging. It was so lovely watching everybody quietly busying away making some really beautiful flower arrangements 🥰 Thank you to all the lovely people who came along ❤️

So lovely to be running so many meditation classes outdoors this year 🌳 🌺 Last year the weather was either too wet, too windy or too cold so we only had a few outdoors. This evening’s class was based around using our senses to become more present and aware 💕 Classes are run every week on a Thursday between 730-830pm if you feel like joining in. Aimed at those with some experience of meditation 🥰

🎄🎅🏻 Such a lovely Christmas Meditation class 🎅🏻🎄

I often put together extra special meditation classes for Christmas 🎄 Easter 🐣 and Summer ☀️.

Last night we spent a couple of hours with beautiful visualisations through a magical festive forest and star gazing in a field. We practiced mantra meditation through an individual word given to each class member on an origami Father Christmas. We also spent some time Mindful crafting, making origami stars which each person wrote a Christmas wish for the person sat next to them ❤️ We completed the class with some lighter fun of a mindful 🤣 festive pass the parcel 🎁, mulled wine and minced pies 🎄.

All set up for a Vision Board Mindulness Meditation class this evening ❤️

We’re going to start contemplating how far we manifested our vision boards of last year and we’ll then spend some time in quiet contemplation to see what we’d like on our vision boards this year 🥰

After putting our boards together we’ll then spend some more contemplation time letting the seeds of our plans sink in ❤️

I regularly put together themed classes so if you’d like to join in do get in touch. Alternatively I run a weekly drop in class for those who have some experience with meditation.

We meditated on root energy and made a Samhain celebration shrine with a gratitude meditation 💕

Meditation sessions are still running in October, come to as many or as few as suits you ❤️ Classes are aimed at those with some experience of meditation.

Dates as follows:
