🔥✨Witnessing a Goddess Awakening ✨🔥

Wow, I love what I get to do! 💛

There I was, pottering around the kitchen with little Logan clinging to my legs,… when suddenly, I had the most vivid image flash into my mind—a powerful, radiant goddess! ✨

I instantly knew it was connected to the HeartHealing™️ session I had scheduled that evening.

The energy felt INCREDIBLE 🔥, and I just knew it was going to be a profound experience.

Fast forward to the session… I had actually forgotten about the vision, this beautiful goddess; appeared again! But this time, I saw her even more clearly… and my jaw nearly dropped. 😳

She WAS my client.
Her higher self had shown up in FULL WARRIOR GODDESS energy—glowing with confidence, power, and divine presence. She was guiding my client, empowering her, reminding her of who she truly is.

I’ve never seen a client’s higher self appear so vividly, especially not dressed as a warrior goddess! It was beyond powerful, and the healing that followed was next-level. 💫

Honestly… I have the coolest job ever. 😍

A few months ago, I spoke with the beautiful soul for her YouTube channel. She was the editor and fellow writer for the very first book I ever wrote for; No Ordinary Words - the real life wisdom of women.

This book was a huge catalyst in my business and healing journey so loved sharing about this and having a wind open conversation with Kelly.

At that time I was still creating my chapter for my newest collaboration; When Hearts Heal❤️🌍💫

It feels like the perfect moment to share this conversation although it feels so long ago — it’s a window into the heart, the healing, and the truth that shaped my journey as an author and healer.

Well that escalated quickly 🤣🫣

What started as a little refresh turned into a full-on therapy room transformation! ✨
Walls falling off? Yep… didn’t see that coming 🤪

But hey, every transformation has its messy middle, right? 💫

I’ve got a beautiful new vision — acoustic wood panelling to bring warmth, calm, and better sound for meditations + client calls 🙌

We often know what we need to do — but we just don’t do it! 🥴

It’s all down to our identity and the beliefs we hold about ourselves.

For years, I’ve identified as someone who eats pretty healthy and is fairly active… but not as someone who exercises regularly.

Then last night something in me said, “enough is enough, I deserve a healthy well looked after body.”

So at 10pm (after Logi was asleep 😴), I popped on my favourite tunes (Ben Rector 🎶), jumped on the exercise bike and did… 5 minutes!

That’s it — just 5 mins!
And I was chuffed to bits!
Tired, but not hating it 🤪

So here’s my declaration — I’m starting small.
Regular 5-min sessions, and when I want more, I’ll do more.

Small steps shift identity.
I’m becoming a woman who moves her body regularly.

What’s one small, achievable thing you could do today to move toward what you want — in your health, wellbeing, or work? 💜

(Also… my goal wasn’t to look like Boris Johnson. That was an unfortunate side effect, but nothing a hairbrush couldn’t fix 🤣).

I REALLY needed this last night 🥴

I’ve been pretty on edge the last couple of days. Someone I love dearly is in hospital having an operation and it’s been a bit of a worry but hopefully today is going to be a brighter day. ☀️🤞

Me, Rich and Logan went out to see more fireworks tonight as Logan absolutely LOVES fireworks 🎇😂

He tells me about them day and night at the moment, so we went to callow hall and it was just what I needed. We sat at a fire pit (one of my favourite things to do) cosy with our soup and watched some pretty awesome fireworks! I felt like the fire was burning away my anxiety.

Happy Logi, happy mummy 🥰

It’s finally BOOKED 🤪🥳

I can’t believe it’s actually happening — my awards evening accommodation is sorted! I’ve been procrastinating on getting it sorted I have to admit🤪. I think because this whole thing feels so unreal and I’m adjusting to this next level I am stepping into.

Feeling a mix of relief, excitement, and those ‘I must be dreaming’ kind of vibes. 💫

This experience being a finalist is stretching me, inspiring me, and reminding me just how powerful it is to keep believing in yourself — even when the next step feels huge (and maybe a bit scary!).

Here’s to celebrating how far we’ve all come in life and all that’s still to unfold. 💜
