I’m looking for a venue for my monthly women’s circle, ideally close to Findern, Derby⭕️🥰

It will be a space for women to come together to connect, exhale, heal and grow together.

There will be healing and meditation so it wants to be somewhere quiet (so not in a room next to other hired rooms )and for around 1.5 hrs

Any suggestions would be fabulous!

The village hall only have a Friday evening and my feeling is people might not be interested in a Friday!? 🤔

Honestly I feel a bit broken today. 😕

Been out to a lovely soft play and met a friend and her little one which was beautiful but I found out that someone I cared for deeply has passed away suddenly.

She was a previous client who was also absolutely a friend too.

All that to say hug everyone tightly and don’t let bulls*** get in the way because you never know what round the corner.

Holding her in my heart today 🤍

I hope my husband doesn’t mind me sharing this, but it’s honestly too funny not to 😂

Last night he woke up grumbling, “Why is it so dark in here!?”
(He likes a bit of light as we co-sleep so he can see our little one.)

I was facing the other way and said, “Huh? The light is on…”

To which he replied:
“Oh… wait a minute… I’ve got my eye mask on.” 😆

And honestly, it felt like such a metaphor for life.

How often do we focus on the darkness… when there’s actually so much light already there?

I know it’s not as simple as just “thinking positive” — especially when we’ve been conditioned to stay hyper-aware of problems, what needs fixing, or everything that feels hard.

But as we gently let go of old identities and old ways of being, we can become people who notice the light more.
And when we do that… we tend to attract more of it too.

So here’s your reminder today:
Take your bloomin’ eye mask off. 😉✨

My new look treatment space, with its beautiful panelling 🤍
I love it — heart and soul.

It feels warm, safe, and nurturing.
And energetically, that’s exactly the space I hold for my clients — whether in person or online.

Healing begins with safety.
When you feel uncomfortable, unsure, or holding back, the energy that’s ready to be released will hold back too.

Something I hear from my clients again and again (literally) is how SAFE and HELD they feel with me.
It’s something I’ve never really shared before, but it feels so important to now.

Just last week, someone told me that after years of different therapies, she had never once felt as “held” as she did with me in her very first session with me🥹
And that… means everything.

HAPPY NEW YEAR ✨
Wow… I’m really feeling this fresh 2026 energy.

This is a Year 1 — a year of new beginnings — and blimey, I can feel the shift already.

Creation has been on my mind, and I’m being called to something that’s been on my heart for a long time now.

A women’s circle 💫

A beautiful sacred space to connect with like-minded women who want to gather, breathe, heal, and grow — together.

I can’t ignore this calling any longer. So many women have mentioned this to me over the years, and especially recently I’ve been hearing how hard it can feel not having like-minded women around you.

My initial vision is a monthly in-person women’s circle, likely held one evening a month in Findern.
And in time, I may also bring this online.

Before I shape it, I’d love to hear from you…

Finally sitting down. Had a lovely few days with my little dude. He’s been looking out for Santa all day now he knows it’s time for him to come 🎅🏻🤩. Thank goodness he’s gone to sleep 🤣

Anyway I just wanted to quickly say HAPPY CHRISTMAS!

Have a wonderful time what ever you choose to do, I hope it sparks love, joy and peace within you.

🎄 The BIG MAN is on his way!!

I’ve been hibernating these last few weeks since the awards — my energy needed a breather and some refocus after all the excitement and upleveling 🤪✨

Earlier nights, quiet moments, soaking in the Christmas lights with Logan — who LOVES it! He doesn’t say Santa yet, just “MAN…BIG” 🤣. So sweet!

Here’s the truth I want to share with you:
You don’t need to be constantly doing to create results.
Alignment is the key. When your energy is healthy and in flow, everything else follows.

Even without being active online, new clients have booked in, and the sessions I’ve held recently have been deeply unbelievable— breakthroughs and shifts that genuinely brought me to tears twice just this week.

🔥✨Witnessing a Goddess Awakening ✨🔥

Wow, I love what I get to do! 💛

There I was, pottering around the kitchen with little Logan clinging to my legs,… when suddenly, I had the most vivid image flash into my mind—a powerful, radiant goddess! ✨

I instantly knew it was connected to the HeartHealing™️ session I had scheduled that evening.

The energy felt INCREDIBLE 🔥, and I just knew it was going to be a profound experience.

Fast forward to the session… I had actually forgotten about the vision, this beautiful goddess; appeared again! But this time, I saw her even more clearly… and my jaw nearly dropped. 😳

She WAS my client.
Her higher self had shown up in FULL WARRIOR GODDESS energy—glowing with confidence, power, and divine presence. She was guiding my client, empowering her, reminding her of who she truly is.

I’ve never seen a client’s higher self appear so vividly, especially not dressed as a warrior goddess! It was beyond powerful, and the healing that followed was next-level. 💫

Honestly… I have the coolest job ever. 😍
