I really didn't want to do this but unfortunately I have had so many last minute cancellations and no-shows I am having to put a cancellation policy in place

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

As a self-employed Swedish Massage therapist, appointment times are reserved especially for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide more than 12 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with 12 hours’ notice or less, or failure to attend an appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
