SPRING RENEWAL: Spinal Energetics & Restorative Yoga

Group Spinal Energetics + Restorative Integration
Saturday 7th March 3-5pm with Francesca and Cathy

What is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics is a holistic, non-invasive healing practice that works with the nervous system, spine, and energy field to release stored tension and trauma.

Through gentle touch and energetic cues, it encourages the body to self-regulate, unwind, and restore balance—often resulting in physical, emotional, and energetic shifts.
What to Expect

As the seasons turn, we are invited to clear space in the body, the breath, and the nervous system. This small-group workshop (limited to eight participants) offers a quiet and attentive environment to support deep reset.

Francesca will start with some grounding breath work to settle the mind and establish a sense of safety and presence in the body, before moving into the group Spinal Energetics session.

Practising Spinal Energetics in a group setting can amplify awareness and regulation through the collective field. Nervous systems naturally co-regulate, often allowing the body to feel more supported, receptive, and at ease. Participants may experience increased body awareness, improved energy flow, reduced holding patterns, and a greater sense of connection, both inwardly and within the group.
Restorative Integration

Following the energetic work, Cathy will guide a restorative yoga practice and integration period. This phase supports the nervous system to stabilise and absorb the shifts that have occurred, encouraging rest, clarity, and embodied understanding rather than rushing back into activity.

We will close with space for quiet reflection, gentle conversation, and tea — allowing the experience to settle and the mind to soften before returning to the rhythm of daily life.

This is a special offering and we would like you to feel that you are in a safe space- please check the contra indications below before booking.
