Hand therapy is a specialised type of rehabilitation focused on the hands, wrists, elbows, and forearms.

Hand therapy helps people recover from:
🖐️ Injuries (fractures, sprains, tendon or nerve damage)
🖐️ Surgery (post-operative rehab)
🖐️ Repetitive strain/tendonitis
🖐️ nerve entrapment such as carpal tunnel syndrome
🖐️ Arthritis and other chronic conditions

Treatment may include:
