The Parrog — derived from the Welsh word for a sheltered harbour or landing place — has been used for centuries by fishing boats, sailors and local families.

Generations have launched from this shoreline, returning once again to the sheltered bay after long days on the water.

Even now, there’s a quietness to the place — a sense of calm that still lingers in the water and air today.

The wait is over.

Over the past few months, something special has been taking shape here in Wales.

We’re proud to announce that we are collaborating with Heartwood Saunas on our new 10-seat sauna.

Built with exceptional attention to detail, this sauna brings together natural materials, thoughtful design, and an even bigger panoramic window that keeps you connected to the landscape around you. Architecturally beautiful, warm, grounding, and built to last.

This project felt important to us from the very beginning. Not just because of the sauna itself, but because of what it represents — two Welsh businesses brought together by a shared belief in craftsmanship, sustainability, and creating meaningful experiences in nature.

We’ll be unveiling our new flagship sauna at before it settles into its new semi-permanent home along the coastline… a location we can’t wait to share with you soon.

We're delighted to be back at The Parrog in Goodwick, right on the slipway at the water’s edge.

The sauna door is open, bookings are live on the website and we'll be here until 2nd June.
