Buy a pack of ALFALFA seeds and get a FREE pack of BROCCOLI seeds.

ALFALFA seeds take around 9 days to sprout.
Then tip them into a large bowl and rinse well with cold water. The sprouts will rise to the surface while the seed husks will sink.
Gently pick out handfuls of the sprouts and drain. They are now ready to eat and enjoy raw. Great addition to salads and sandwiches.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
(Best eaten within a few days)

BEANSPROUTS . . .
I like to eat my MUNG BEAN SPROUTS after sprouting for 4 days. They can be rinsed and then eaten raw. . .
But I prefer to blanch them -
Put the sprouted beans in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Then I immediately drain them and cover in cold water. Now I can gently pour off the water into a sieve and the empty skins float off leaving the Beansprouts in the pan.
Drain them thoroughly and store in the fridge.
I add them to my coleslaw, in a wrap or add last minute to a stir fry.
I love them. Delicious and nutritious 😋
