I am starting to make appointments !!
I shall be working in Haverfordwest every Thursday, and in Newcastle Emlyn every Friday. I shall also be working twice a month(Wednesdays) in Newport. I have a fairly long list of patients waiting for appointments, but I hope to catch up with everyone quite quickly. UPDATE 15TH DECEMBER 2020
I have decided to cancel appointments until the New Year. I have not been very well for the past few days and although I am hopeful that it is nothing too serious, I think that the responsible course of action, bearing in mind the developing Covid 19 situation, is to limit close contact as much as possible. I apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, but I do believe that we will eventually break through this wall of difficulty if we take the responsible and safe decisions.
Thank you all for your patience and support during this most challenging of years. Please stay safe, and I hope you can all enjoy some peaceful times over the holiday period.

So ........ I will be pausing treatments for 2 weeks from this Friday evening. If you are already booked in I will be in touch to rearrange, and if you are looking to book in, I will try and see you as soon as possible after lockdown. Stay safe everyone and Thanks.

A bit of news at last. I am looking to start doing treatments from July 9th. It will be a gradual start up - initially in Haverfordwest, and then hopefully Newcastle Emlyn, and eventually Aberystwyth and Fishguard. Many things will be different. I will be wearing protective clothing and a mask, and will ask patients to wear a mask as well. Equipment will be cleaned between each patient, and this will mean that I can only see about 5 patients each day. During lockdown, I have compiled a list of all those who have been in touch asking about treatment, and I will be in touch with these people over the next week or so. If you want to book a treatment, please contact me, either on Messenger, or by email - nicdows@gmail.com, or by text on 07970883221, and I will be in touch. It might take a little while to work through the backlog, but I will try and see everyone as soon as possible. Of course, if the situation changes, and we get an upsurge in Covid 19 cases, then I might have to change course again, but let's hope we can sensibly move through this challenge together. COVID 19
Well its all moving pretty fast - and I have made the decision to cancel all my clinics from Monday March 23rd. Hopefully this will only be a brief pause, but it may be longer than we would wish. Having taken advice, and read guidance from various sources, I now feel that this is the responsible action to take.
I would like to offer an advice service for anyone who needs support over this period - Depending on the situation, there is a range of suggestions I can make to help alleviate musculo-skeletal pain and discomfort - so please leave me a message on 07970 883221 (text is probably best) or email me at nicdows@gmail.com, and I will arrange a time to talk. In some cases a video conversation might be appropriate. Please stay safe at this crucial moment in our lives. This is a Global Adjustment, and many things will change - it is also a great opportunity for us to become more unified and compassionate.

For the time being, I am continuing to treat patients in all clinics. As long as I am symptomless and healthy, and you are too, I am happy to help alleviate your musculo-skeletal discomfort. I am being vigilant in making sure that everything is cleaned and disinfected regularly, using fresh linen and paper couch rolls. So if you want to book an appointment please call the usual number or text or email me - even if you just want a chat or advice. I will also be posting some useful exercises and self help ideas as this situation develops, and will keep you informed if I need to close down my clinics until the sun comes out again.
