My lovely mum doesn’t usually have time for herself because she spends a lot of time looking after everybody else. Today we made time for the long rest that she really deserved 🥰 Her 90 minute treatment started with an Aromatherapy foot cleanse, half an hour foot massage and finished with a Neals Yard Facial. She loved it and even left with a Chamomile tea for laterHappy Easter & happy rest day Mumma!

I decided today, after being surrounded by some of my favourite women, that I’d show you who you’re going to meet when you arrive for your treatment
So here I am: standing in front of a camera (my worst nightmare) and trying to blend in with the windmills. 😂
It’s taken me all day to post this, but stepping out of that comfort zone one day at a time 💁🏻‍♀️
