You may have seen this sign up near the surgery recently. We’d like to let our patients know that there may be some disruption when accessing the road leading to the surgery, and parking could be more limited than usual.
At this time, we do not expect the road to be closed, and there should be no issues accessing the surgery itself.

The laws on renting are changing from 1 May as a result of the new Renters' Rights Act coming into force.

The new law abolishes Section 21 'no fault' evictions, ends fixed-term tenancies, bans rental bidding wars and limits rent increases to once per year.
