🔹🔷🔹Don't Panic, It's only Anxiety : A workshop for Women & Non-binary people 🔹🔷🔹

Anxiety is more than just worry - it's a lived experience that can completely shape how we move through the world 🙏🏽

This workshop has been curated and created by the core team at who have professional skills alongside direct lived experience of diagnosed anxiety disorders, panic attacks and a deep personal relationship with anxiety and it's many faces. 🔷

💙This workshop is an opportunity for you to take back some power, deepen your understanding of anxiety and equip yourself with tools that work in real life, not just in theory. Wherever you are on your journey.
This is a multi-invitation space where we will teach what we have studied and experienced, learn from one another and share a space of curiosity, connection and comfort. 💙

💙We will explore :

🔷🔹What's really going on : The science of anxiety and how we can break the cycle.
🔷🔹Your personal toolkit : Build your own set of strategies tailored to your unique experiences and needs.
🔷🔹Physical soothe : Practices to regulate the nervous system and feel grounded.
🔷🔹 Emotional understanding : Getting to know what we are thinking and really feeling.
🔷🔹Cognitive road map : A step by step guide based on scientific and personal research (tried and tested by us) which can be tailored exactly how you need.

We have some truly spectacular workshops, sessions & activities lined up for you over the darker months ahead. Over the last few months we have been working tirelessly to organise and provide this full program- all with you in mind.

Our darling Sophie.

For those of you who have met or know this incredible, brave and loving vortex of a woman, you would know that her unwavering kindness, cheeky jokes, compassion and strength inspire us all deeply.

For those of you who haven't met her- she is a huge part of the RGC beating heart and a dedicated carer for Dementia UK. She gives so much tireless support and care to others on both a professional and personal level. And has done so throughout her life.

Right now, our beloved friend is going through a storm of challenges.

Alongside her own serious health problems which have hospitalised her multiple times this year, her sister is very ill and undergoing debilitating treatment. The pain of this is almost unbearable. To make matters worse, her car has broken down, making it impossible for her to visit her sister or family. The absence of this essential lifeline is causing immense emotional and practical strain.

We’re reaching out to you, our community, with a heartfelt plea.
We need to raise £400 to get Sophie back on the road by September.

We understand that these are difficult times financially, but even the smallest donation can make such a huge difference.

Your contribution isn’t just money; it’s a hug, a word of encouragement, a supportive hand to a sister that is struggling.

Let's show our magnificent friend the incredible love and support that binds our Rebel Girls Club community and collective solidarity as human beings.

The Boomtown Fair complimentrees hath borne fruit!!

It gives me great pleasure to see that the one that said 'Jason Mamoa ain't got sh*t on you' is gone!! Which means someone feels that way about themselves, or someone else...Love this! 😍
