This block has been curated and created to deliver you deeply wholesome, wellbeing workshops related to the season of spring. Creativity, community, connection and communication. That's alot of C's there but you get the vibe. 🌸
Not forgetting deep rest,reflection, relaxation and turning up as you are obviously.

We are a non-for-profit collective committed to providing radical spaces of healing, wellbeing, learning, joy and health.

🌱🌱 Self-Compassion has been sold to us as solely softness, self-care aesthetics and personal responsibility.

But in a world that profits from women and marginalised people being exhausted, ashamed and endlessly self-improving, real self-compassion is not cute- it's disruptive.

❤️ At RGC we are all about practicing Self-Compassion in ways that actually change and nourish our nervous systems, our self-talk and our relationship to pressure.
Not by pretending things don't hurt.
Not by bypassing anger, grief or burnout.

But by learning how to stop turning systemic stress into personal failure.
It's bloody hard and we are by no means gurus or gatekeepers by having all the answers.

You don't need to be more positive.
We all need safer internal conditions to exist, feel, rest, set boundaries and stay in our own stories.

We're Rebel Girls Club and we are working tirelessly to create real, raw and collective spaces for mental health, resilience, self - celebration, power & connection.

This winter series has been curated and designed as a sanctuary for deep rest, emotional processing, creative release and collective healing during the coldest months of the year.

Wow, where to begin ... Thank you so much to and the incredible production team for having us again at one of the most surreal, creative and incredible festivals in the world ✨

Yet again, speechless and in awe. ♥️

The RGC crew and our venue is something else. This year we created REBEL GIRLS REHAB, an interactive fusion of wellbeing, silliness, connection, calm, creativity & indeed..curated chaos.

We all worked tirelessly, poured our hearts and souls out, created the BEST venue in town with the most amazing workshops and were quite simply phenomenal in so many ways possible. Big shout out to Lucy. B for being joint venue manager with the months of organising & planning before being in the field 🫂

I'm in awe of your dedication, your love, your support for one another and the gorgeous souls you all are - we absolutely smashed it.

To the best people anyone could have the privilege to work with - thank you. ❤️
