👋 I'm Gary, owner of Gary Conway Sports Massage Therapy providing mobile sports massage to Fleet and surrounding areas.

💆‍♂️ After spending the first part of my career behind a desk I decided to pivot and pursue a career in health and fitness. After working as a Fitness Instructor in the NHS I qualified as Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist in 2019.

💪 In addition to sports and deep tissue massage, I'm also trained in kinesiology taping and I'm a certified Personal Trainer which I use to help assist my clients with injury prevention and rehabilitation.

🔋 I work with clients of all ages, helping with a wide range of issues. I have experience providing massage therapy at both sporting events and in clinics and love the variety of people I get to work with every day. Whether you're an athlete bouncing back from an injury or just dealing with everyday aches, tension, or stress, I'm here to help.
