We’re still dancing, we’re taking it at our own pace in the heat, we’re sipping our water, and our li’l sports towels are our best buddies! 💦

On Fridays we get our workout in before the day warms up so if you want to swap classes or even join us for the first time please do!

Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year the focus is on Community. If you’ve been to one of our classes you’ll know that to me your mental wellbeing is equally as important as your physical fitness.

I hand pick every song on the playlist. I create playful choreography, I maintain familiarity in our content, and I harness the power of nostalgia to create a class that fully immerses you from beginning to end, so that all you can focus on is what’s happening in the room with your classmates and be fully in the moment.

Real talk. Everyone has days when they feel a bit rubbish, and many people have long periods of feeling completely awful.

I’m never going to pressure you to come to class if you really don’t feel like it. I am here to support you on the days that you do make it to class, and on those days my goal is to distract you from your thoughts and make sure that your effort is rewarded with plenty of endorphins that help you feel better every single time.

Your Shine community is here for when you’ve lost your sparkle. We share our light and Shine it on those who need help to find their own.

We are more than a fitness class. We’re a community. Come and join us. ❤️
