Hugging my fitness family a little closer today as we come to terms with the loss of our fitness sister, Sonia Sonique Smith. You only had to be around her once to know that she was a giver of light, that her energy was contagious, and her heart was warm to all. A light this bright should shine forever. Sending love and light to all who will miss her. ✨💖✨

A shining light, a beautiful soul, and a true inspiration has gained her angel wings after bravely battling breast cancer.

Sonia touched so many lives with her warmth, talent, and spirit. Her legacy will live on in every heart she lifted and every stage she graced.

We send our deepest hugs, love, and wishes to Sonia’s friends, family, and all who were blessed to know her.

May her memory forever be a source of strength and love. 🌹✨

Last weekend was a huge one for me as well as my beloved FitSteps and now that the dust has settled (and I’m finally getting over this rotten bug) I want to thank you all for your votes! Despite being shortlisted among industry legends, brand creators, tv personalities, and my own incredibly talented colleagues, I was thrilled to be awarded 2nd place in the British Fitness Awards Fitness Presenter Of The Year category! I am stunned and amazed and more grateful than I could ever express. Thank you all for your votes and your continued support!
