We have fully embraced Harvest Festival at this week with our wonderful displays and church service from Mark Hayton and church assistant Dick ⛪️

The residents have been very busy creating some lovely pieces of art 🖼️ in their weekly sessions with Kate to be displayed for all the see!

We’ve all enjoyed adding many things from the local area to our Harvest table including an amazing Harvest Wheatsheaf create by our talented chef Chris 🥖 well done to staff and residents who have enjoyed working together on such a lovely Harvest project 😌

A wonderful trip down memory lane for some of our residents last week at the Milestones Museum, from vintage fire engines 🚒 to the history of the Basingstoke Canal, it’s all under one roof!

John really enjoyed the old record shop where the shop keeper in tradition 1950’s costume played him a song on the vintage gramophone 🎶

We bought some old pennies to play the slot machines 🎰 along the pier and even had a few giggles in the hall of mirrors 🤣

Last stop was the traditional sweet shop where they had to get their ration books stamps for a quarter of sweets. 🍬

A good afternoon enjoyed by all, thank you to Milestones Museum for your service as always 🚒 🍬 🚃
