It’s always so lovely to witness the change in opinion before & after a first float session! 😉. We’ve seen it many times, when new clients arrive feeling a little sceptical or even apprehensive. It’s amazing what can be achieved from spending an hour floating weightlessly in 10” of water saturated with 650kg of Epsom Salts… sometimes we have to trust the process and see what happens! 🩵

A beautiful moment of connection through creativity and care.

Pen'NysArte, a valued regular at 7th Heaven whose artwork is displayed in our studio, was discovered through our space by one of our Gold Members, who floats with us fortnightly and is also the inspiring Leader of DA Seen and a survivor herself.

Seeing these journeys come together feels deeply meaningful and a reminder of how safe spaces like the 7H Studio, can gently open doors to healing, expression & community. 🙏🏽
