We have now gone live with our new online consultation service-Patient Triage. This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can call reception instead. You can access the new system here: https://florey.accurx.com/p/J82099

Richmond Surgery are running a programme supported by Digital First Funding, to provide blood pressure cuffs to a cohort of patients living with uncontrolled high blood pressure across our local demographics, alongside an app that will support them to monitor and better manage their condition remotely.

The programme team are working with GPs to identify the patients who would benefit most from joining this programme and whose health outcomes and life chances will be dramatically improved as a result. The objective is to inform how we manage these services in the future.

Please take a moment to watch the 2 minute video, offering more insight into the programme, and supporting you to make a decision on whether Hypertension Plus. Included in that is a video to show you how to measure your blood pressure at home.

Blood Tests:
We have phlebotomy clinics at the Surgery each day of the week except for Wednesdays. Please call our reception team to schedule an appointment. Please note, only recently GP approved blood tests can be booked, or those as part of your annual or invited health check. Thank you

New patients can register in person with the practice Monday - Friday between 1300-1800. Please avoid other times as this will create a queue at reception and a delay to those arriving for pre-booked appointments. We will require completion of a Patient Registration Form and Confidential Health Questionnaire to ensure the Practice can fully assist with your health care needs.

eConsult is a triage service. You may receive a call or text to confirm that a call has been booked at a later date with an appropriate clinician. Do not use eConsult for urgent medical advice or for requesting prescriptions, or for more than one clinical concern only. If you have complex or mutliple concerns, please call the surgery and book a telephone consultation. When the surgery is closed or it is a public holiday, please use 111 to avoid delays for urgent advice/enquiries. eConsult is currently not available over weekends.
