This message came in to me following a large funeral for a much loved, and deeply missed family man, and biker. To see , and certainly hear all the bikes accompany the funeral cortege was simply wonderful. His bespoke biking leathers on top of his coffin a fitting, and very personal tribute to him from his beloved family. It was a complete honour for me to support them.

It was such a privilege to support this wonderful family during an extremely tough time.

"I just wanted to say thank you for all the effort you put into making both my Dad's and my husband funerals the best they could possibly have been. The worst days, and ones I was absolutely dreading, really did turn out to be a celebration of their lives and something we will look back on, with pride.

From the first meeting we had, you were professional, friendly and fun. I know we had quite unusual ideas about how the services would run (Daleks and R2D2s spring to mind); we wanted to make them different and something for people to remember. You managed our expectations well, and actively encouraged us to do things like get the children involved in the services, something which was a great addition. The children are so proud to have been included and this has really helped them get through the last few months. You kept us on track with respect to the timings and your writing of the Eulogies was exceptional. Wonderful words - it was like you knew them too! You were happy to add in humour (they would have loved this) which was really uplifting and refreshing for the audience. We made a number of changes to our original words both times, but you were flexible with this. We even had one of the speakers back out at the last minute due to COVID, but you seamlessly stepped in to cover his part.

I honestly believe lots of people went away from both services with a really positive feel, the feedback we received about both of the days was extraordinary! I think people found the services refreshing; unusual and certainly different - and we could not have done this without your involvement. "

Sorry to have taken so long to email, but we wanted to say a huge thank you for your kindness and total professionalism in acting as celebrant for mum’s funeral.

Everyone S and I spoke with felt you did a marvelous job, and for some it was the first celebrant funeral they had attended. What they remarked upon was how it really focused on mum and her life, and the love that we as a family felt for her, and how totally seamless it all worked.

You have a real natural talent for making everyone feel at ease, and we were so lucky that you could help with mum’s funeral.
