As well as a Cuddly Koalas baby massage class tomorrow, there's also my mum and baby yoga class 🙂 In a 'Kicking Koalas' Mum and Baby Yoga class, the class follows a similar structure each week, to provide familiarity to the mums and babies, but no class is the same with the mums and babies doing different activities that they can carry on having fun with each other doing at home.
A typical 45 minutes class involves a relaxation/ breathing exercise, a section on baby yoga, a section on mum and baby yoga which provides mums with the opportunity to have a little stretch and movement themselves if they wish and do moves together with their baby. All whilst incorporating nursery rhymes, sensory play, bubbles, and lights 💕 And at the end of the class there's the opportunity for you and baby to both relax together. ♥️
No yoga experience is needed. Small class sizes, no pressure, no judgements, fun, relaxing and gentle, classes designed for new mums and babies. Just what's needed whilst on maternity leave!
