So 2024 is firmly underway and you’re still feeling bloated a lot, sluggish or tired all the time, maybe you have acid reflux and a bit of brain fog. Basically you’re not firing on all cylinders and want some help.

Haven’t been feeling amazing this week so a turbo session of over unders nearly didn’t happen!

Deployed my 10 min rule and drank some Beets! Pre workout fuel - man the Beets really helped get me through a tough session. That stronger for longer feeling was there again.

I am beginning to run really well again (for me); collecting all my run clubs FV50 club records along the way
Today was Gosport half marathon. In 45mph winds, I still managed to beat both targets I set myself.
How?
Apart from mindset, the biggest change I’ve made is taking Performance Beets every day for a solid week before my races.
I cannot even begin to explain how strong I feel and how I can “endure more for longer”. It’s seriously uncanny. I haven’t ran a half for a very long time and in that wind, swirling in all directions, I wasn’t sure I could without struggling in the last 5k.
But my last kilometre was my fastest the whole race.
