🌙 Mini Holistic Escape – 55 minutes

With January leaving us lacking in time and money I have put together a beautifully calming treatment designed for those moments when you need to completely switch off.

We begin with a back, neck and shoulder massage, gently melting away built-up tension, knots and stress held in the upper body – the area where we so often carry the weight of daily life.

This flows into an Indian Head Massage, working through the shoulders, neck, scalp and face to ease mental fatigue, quiet a busy mind and encourage deep relaxation.

This month’s package is all about bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Let’s be honest — this year has been a lot. A lot has been happening in the world of astrology recently, and we all need a bit of an energy cleanse! To start the treatment, I will place crystals on and around your body, followed by a Reiki treatment!

Once the Reiki has been done, we will glow up your skin with a gorgeous facial tailored to what your skin needs.
Using our natural vegan Tropic products, this is a real treat for your skin and will leave your skin glowing!

While the mask is on during the facial, I will write down all the crystals I used, what they’re for, and anything I picked up during your Reiki. This will be for you to take away.
