I feel 6 inches taller and totally relaxed!

With January leaving us lacking in time and money I have put together a beautifully calming treatment designed for those moments when you need to completely switch off.

We begin with a back, neck and shoulder massage, gently melting away built-up tension, knots and stress held in the upper body – the area where we so often carry the weight of daily life.

This flows into an Indian Head Massage, working through the shoulders, neck, scalp and face to ease mental fatigue, quiet a busy mind and encourage deep relaxation.

November Balance Package 💜

This month’s package is all about bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Let’s be honest — this year has been a lot. Astrologically, it’s been a year of big shifts and transitions, and many of us are feeling the effects. Now is the perfect time to slow down, ground yourself, and find a sense of peace as we move toward the end of the year.

Your treatment begins with a heated eye mask and the gentle placement of healing crystals on and around your body. Crystal therapy is a beautiful, non-invasive way to restore energetic harmony and promote deep relaxation.

While the crystals work their magic, you’ll receive a full reflexology treatment, helping to rebalance your body and ease any physical or emotional tension. Reflexology is such an underrated therapy — it’s incredibly soothing and grounding.

Next, you’ll drift away with a neck, face, and head massage, including Gua Sha Crystals, melting away built-up stress and releasing tension from the areas we tend to hold it most.
