Good evening - I have news! From February I will be working from a new venue IN ADDITION to my cosy space at Balance & Breathe! From next month I will be joining Julie, the lovely podiatrist at Mind. Body. Sole (2 Aldershot Road, Fleet GU51 3NG) to provide holistic relaxing Reflexology treatments.

Happy New Year to you! The sun is shining at the moment and I finally have hot water again after almost a week without! We’ve packed away Christmas, looked back over 2024: the highs and the lows; resolved to do more of what we’ve loved, go to new places, try new things. We’re limping back into a routine (train cancellations, no hot water!) and I’m ready to navigate the winter months ahead with fairy lights, candles, movie nights, winter walks, runs, maybe a jigsaw, yoga, a craft project, a cupboard sort-out, a good book, a relaxing treatment and whatever else feels good and necessary for care and repair until the light of spring emerges. I’m back providing cosy, restorative and relaxing reflexology from today. Why not get in touch and book yourself something to help you rest and retreat during these winter months. 😊👣
