Are you ready for a Spring Clean?
Energetically clearing your home of negative energies and influences can refresh the energy, raise the vibes and allow positive energy to flow once more.
Did you know that energy can stagnate in corners, heavy energy from arguments and negative thoughts can linger, visitors can bring in negativity, neighbours and other people can send negative energy your way and even objects within your home can contain negative energy.
The good news is that all of these can be cleared.
Cleaning, tidying, decluttering, allowing fresh air in, playing uplifting music, using crystals or windchimes, burning incense and white sage, and other forms of space clearing can go someway to shift the energy.
However, sometimes it needs much more than that.
Taking full energetic ownership of a space, can require consciousness around what is there in order to shift it and energetically uphold what you do want in the space instead. It may be difficult to recognise by yourself what is causing negativity.
It can require awareness and a change of actions to clear the energy of a space, or clear an object of negativity. There can even be darker energies at play and/or Earthbound Souls that need a bit of help to move on.
