We’re sailing dangerously close to December …. Which means that Christmas is almost here.

A little public service announcement: we will be closing our doors for the Christmas period on the 24th of December, reopening on the 5th of January.

Our closing dates are now on Google maps.

This year has just flown by so quickly. And I’m really behind on my Christmas list. So you can imagine my delight when I found the Christmas Hamper shop in the Hart Shopping centre this morning.

The owner is lovely, and the shop is a treasure trove of amazing treats. I can think of a few of our teachers and coaches who might like one of their hampers!

Well worth a visit!

This week I’ve been fascinated by the videos of “the Reaper”, the aura-farming kid in the Indonesian Pacu Jalur boat races. Dancing on the nose of a fast-moving, rocking, shaking, wet and slippery boat. His postural stability , balance reactions, core strength, and utter fearlessness are captivating. Also, the races are just fun to watch.

If you haven’t seen him yet, his Instagram is officialboatkid and it’s worth watching.
