My name is Fiona, a recently qualified sports massage therapist (VTCT Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy), I qualified in June 2023 so I have been trained in the most current techniques.
With a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for sports, I have honed my skills to provide a personalised sports massage treatment plan tailored for each individual driven by a commitment to facilitating recovery, preventing injuries, and optimising performance. My goal is not only to alleviate muscular tension and soreness but also to promote overall wellness, enhance flexibility and aid relaxation.
I have always had an active interest in sport I competed and took part in various sporting disciplines such as ocr events, distance running, boxing , weight lifting but my passion is team sports . I was a member of a local hockey and netball team but unfortunately sustained a sports injury in 2022. This gave me time to focus and study a new skill which I had always been keen to do but my sports took all my spare time. I have always been interested in sports massage and having used sports massage therapists in the past I understand the benefits first hand of a good massage to revive, relax and rejuvenate the muscles.
