Some years ago, I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis. I have had denervation procedures (spinal injections), and tried several external alternatives, but the condition has gradually worsened. My wife finally suggested that massage may improve things. Rosie was highly recommended to her, so I gave it a try - and am so glad that I did - because there has been a steady and impressive improvement ever since she began her therapy.
This lady is extremely professional. She has a dedicated treatment room, with a purpose-built elevating / inclining massage table. One wall bristles with certificates of qualification and competence.
Rosie provides an extensive and penetrating back massage to ease muscle tightness and improve circulation. In addition, she employs “Cupping Therapy” - sliding small “suction cups” across the skin to raise the underlying tissue and stimulate the muscles. The hips and legs then receive her attention, with further massage combined with stretching, compressing, and rotating actions. Most therapeutic.
This is the first time I had considered massage for my condition and - to be honest - I did not know what to expect, and was initially somewhat sceptical.
How wrong can you be? My back is much less painful now, and I play golf with a comfort I have not known for a long time.
I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Rosie’s massage and therapy to any person experiencing muscle or back pain. In short I am very satisfied indeed.
