Christmas is just around the corner and the festivities have begun, but is there any point trying to stay on track with your health goals over the holidays?

Christmas can be a really daunting time for many of us trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, the parties, the pubs, the pies - it can feel like you just want to give in to Christmas and start again in January but why go back on all this progress?

Even if you went to 10 festive events, indulged on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, thatโ€™s still only 12% of your diet that month! So, what about the 88%? ๐Ÿ™ƒ

WHY SHOULD I DETOX?

People choose to start a detox for a variety of reasons, here are the most common ones Iโ€™ve heard since being a Nutrition & Mindset Coach:

โ€œIโ€™m exhaustedโ€

โ€œIโ€™m bloatedโ€

โ€œMy skin breaks out all the timeโ€

โ€œMy body aches all the timeโ€

โ€œI canโ€™t shake this weightโ€

The good news is that the first, and most important step in starting an effective detox is being aware of how your body is feeling โ€“ awareness gives you control.

How can you plan weekly meals? ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅฆ๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿณ

I believe the best and most sustainable way to eat well consistently is to learn how to make meal planning a habit and to tweak your own favourite meals, so they are balanced and satisfying.

I wouldn't recommend you to follow someone else's plan, even if it's one of mine๐Ÿ˜œ, because every body is different and YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND YOURS โฃ๏ธ
