Change of venue for April 2 Thursday evening class. It will be held in the church hall of the Our Lady Church, Kings Road, Fleet (the venue we use on wednesday mornings).
Will be back at the usual venue on 9 April.

Classes held in Church Crookham and Fleet are going well and two of them are at maximum capacity now. The only class that currently has space for new attendees is the Thursday evening class held at the Holy Trinity Church, Church Crookham.
Class numbers do change so if you are interested in trying a Qigong class please contact us and we can let you know if there is space or put you on a waiting list.

Classes will restart in January and there are places available at the Wednesday morning class (11.15 am to 12.15) at the Our Lady Church Hall and the Thursday evening class (7.15 to 8.15 pm) at the Holy Trinity Church Hall.
The cost per 1 hour class will stay at £8 for 2025.
No block booking required for the classes as I appreciate that it is not always possible to attend every week.
During 2025 I may run a half-day 4 hour course at a venue to go through one of the forms that I teach for those who cannot attend a weekly class. If this may be of interest to you message me here or send an email to fleetqigong@gmail.com

Having time to spend on your health and wellbeing is sometimes a luxury that not everyone has. Often the cost of attending and paying for classes during challenging economic times is an issue for many people. We are fortunate that around Fleet and Church Crookham there are a number of areas open to the public to use free of charge. One such place is Fleet Pond that has a number of walks that allow people to spend time in nature. Here is some information and a link that some may find interesting.

Balance and Breathe Studio, Church Crookham - Tuesday morning from 9.30 to 10.30 (please contact me before attending as this is a small practice space)

Church of Our Lady, Fleet - Wednesday morning from 11.15 to 12.15

Church of The Holy Trinity, Church Crookham - Thursday evening from 7.15 to 8.15

First class is free then £8 per class and no block booking required.
Classes are mixed ability so all are welcome and no special clothes or exercise mats required.

During the class the forms that are practiced are:
Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi forms 1 and 2
Ba Duan Jin
Yi Jin Jing
Daoist Heavenly Pillars
Dao Yin exercises
