Still feeling so grounded and full after the most beautiful evening at Rocks 'N Reiki ✨
Tonight was all about the first pillar: self-love — such a powerful and much-needed reminder. Laura, who has just written her first book Soul Freedom, guided us so gently through the session with her incredible energy and wisdom.
We experienced intuitive readings from Laura herself, explored meaningful cards that really spoke to each of us, and then dropped into a deep, calming meditation that felt truly transformative.
Ending the evening in a sacred circle, surrounded by like-minded women, was just so special. There’s something incredibly powerful about sharing space, energy, and intention like that 💫
Grateful, aligned, and already looking forward to the next one 🤍
