Just taking a moment to focus on your breath is sometimes all you need to re-centre.

In Restorative yoga class we take 75 whole minutes to rest, gently stretch and come back to our breath. No yoga experience needed.

What are the benefits of doing yoga?

I can only share what my students say to me; the differences they notice about themselves.

We start each class with a clear intention, such as shoulder opening or creating length in the back of our bodies. So the feedback each week is different and varies from person to person. But I love to hear it and can feed it back into creating future classes!
