Body Balance Sports Massage Fleet based Level 5 Soft Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist. Treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home.

I am currently studying for an MSc in Sport Rehab at St Mary's University. I am a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) Offering Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy, Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage to help you move with ease.

The riders have just left the lunch stop so next stop Paris!

It has been an honour and privilege being part of the support team providing msk support to the riders on their journey from London to Paris.

They have cycled 300 miles/500 kilometres so should be incredibly pleased with their achievements. I am just glad to have been able to play a small part in helping get them to Paris.
