📢CALLING ALL VOLENTEERS📢 we are relaunching our Broadway Medical Centre PPG and need your help. As a practice we would love to hear your suggestions and feedback on how we can improve our patient service.
In order to make our drop in sessions more accessible to all our patient's, as well as being more of a presence in our local community, we have arranged a monthly drop in session at Healthier Fleetwood, along with our PCN social prescribers.
Whilst we arrange the finer details of our drop in sessions, if you would like to join our PPG group, please contact the practice via our email address below or we have participation forms available at reception. đź’™
