Happy new year to everyone in spite of the current restrictions. I am very conscious that many people are unable to work which is again very difficult with further financial implications. My heart goes out to everyone affected 🙏🏻

Just a little note to say I am available for treatments for anyone struggling with pain conditions, stress, anxiety, MH and other ailments. Cranio-sacral therapy is an extremely calming treatment for the nervous system while addressing the physical and fascial restrictions and tensions.

I am very grateful to be able to continue practicing under the new guidelines for this current lockdown. I am therefore open as usual offering clinical massage and myofascial release for any pain related symptoms and physical discomfort. Also cranio-sacral therapy is a deeper listening into the nervous system and can be extremely calming in these stressful times 🙏🏻

Graduation finally came and went. Time flies by so quickly and this year seems to have been pretty intense at every module of the course being away from the kids, but looking back was a perfect year of learning and self reflection. Shed a few layers myself and it feels very empowering to allow some deeply suppressed emotions to surface and release 💆🏼‍♀️
Feeling lighter, brighter and very excited to be qualified Cranio-sacral therapist.
