We would like to wish everyone a Merry Xmas, Connect group had a great time yesterday full of fun, laughter, music and games.
We would also like to thank everyone who has attended and supported our groups this year. Our groups will be closed for the next 2 weeks and start again from Monday 5th January 2026

The Zest Connect group had a great session this week with Cheryl from Blackpool Council, looking at Healthier snacks, we learnt, laughed & shared 🥝🍏 health quiz lots of helpful information & tasty healthy recipes. We would love to hear feedback from the session 😀
