Zest Blackpool, provides peer support to individuals under mental health services in Blackpool. We also run 2 community groups each week that anyone can attend.

What a day today was 🤡 spending quality time together with lots of fun & laughter. Hopefully a good day was had by all. ❤️ We had dressing up, interactions, history, clowning around, juggling, even a little bit of Strictly Dancing Sessions 💃 designing the lights / illuminations & lots more ❤️

🎉 BINGO FUN – THANK YOU! 🎉

A big thank you to everyone who came along to today’s bingo session at our community group! It was a lovely change from our usual arts and crafts – lots of laughs, a bit of friendly competition, and some very happy prize winners! 🏆😄

It was great to see many of you getting involved, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Stay tuned for what we’ve got planned next week – we love trying new things together!

Well Done to everyone today at Group! ❤️ Amazing solar printing 🌞 was completed with heartfelt pieces including natural leaves 🌿 & pressed flowers 🌺
Also this talented group produced some wonderful patchwork Teddies🧸and a beautiful paper flower wreath 🌼🌸🏵️ Please don't worry if not completed, The Teddies are tucked up safe & warm awaiting their finishing touches.

A wonderful afternoon spent with everyone who attended Spring into Spring Event for week.
Today we encouraged all to build the blocks to help & support people to a better life.
There were many different foundations & ideas but the top block of all was Trust 🥰
Trust serves as the foundation for strong meaningful effective . It enables people to feel like they have been listened to, understood, have some consistency, respect, shared help & assistance in THEIR decision making.
