I started The 1:1 Diet over 5 years ago, and like many, I was sceptical.
Iโd tried diets before. Lost weight, gained it back.
Iโd heard all the usual:
โItโs too extreme.โ ๐ค
โYouโll just put it back on.โ๐ค
โNo one keeps it off.โ๐ค
But I was at a point where I needed something to change โ for good.
Fast forward to now โ Iโve lost 12 stone, transformed my health, my lifestyle, and most importantly, my mindset.
And guess what? Iโve kept it off.
But I didnโt do it aloneโฆ
The difference this time? I had someone beside me โ a consultant who believed in me when I didnโt believe in myself.
That support, that accountability, that one-to-one connection kept me going on the days I wanted to give up.
Itโs not just about products โ itโs about people.
