Fabulous Sunday at Greyfriars with some very clever, funny and knowledgeable women. High quality CPD training on Hypermobility in Dogs (which most of you know is my favourite subject) from the one and only Amy Winton.
A deep dive into why and how we help these dogs with stability work and specific exercise prescription with my dear Nicky Grant.

Equally as fascinating and informative: The extensive behavioural and psychological implications of hypermobility for our bendy dogs from Behaviourist Roxy Davies from My Dog's Club.

It so important we identify these dogs early to help manage their pain, injury risk and anxiety caused by this complex condition as a team. Get in touch in touch for advice if your dog sits like a dropped trifle…

We love puppy visits so much we offer free puppy checks for siblings. Noah brought his gorgeous little brother, Tyler today. It’s important to acclimatise your puppy to touch in new environments with different people. We check their gait, musculoskeletal comfort, joint range of movement, advise on conditioning for sport and of course, give them lots of praise and treats to build their confidence in a therapeutic setting.

FOA local dog walkers.

Please keep your dogs on leads in Buxted Park and surrounding View Woods. There have now been three reported cases of dogs poisened by eating human faeces containing drugs thought to be cannabis and ketamine. I walked all over the area on the map yesterday... My dog, Lemme is now home recovering after a very scary 22hrs at the vets. The police are aware of this. Please use crime reference 827 25/01/25 to report any concerns and share this information locally.
