Tomorrow as a team we walk just under 6 miles from Colwyn bay pier to Llandudno pier to raise money for the Salvation Army

On the 6th December staff and service users are coming together once again for our Peer to Pier Santa walk! We will be walking 5 miles from Colwyn Bay Pier to Llandudno Pier to raise money for the Salvation Army.

Any donation both big and small will be highly appreciated!

This walk was a huge success last year and this year we want to make it bigger and better! If any organisations woud like to join us please contact us!

Never a dull moment in our group room! We did a fun team building task today of “draw the person opposite you”

It was all fun and games until they drew me! Recovery definitely doesn’t have to be boring!

It’s so heartwarming to see how thankful and grateful our service users are when they receive their meals at our Cook & Eat sessions. We always try to make sure they leave with enough food to make 2 meals out of, as well as providing food and refreshments in our groups.

Nobody should ever feel hungry 😌

A festive pie with chips and peas today, with the pie having 5 of their 5 a day! 😍🥕🫛🥧

Today we made 6 huge portions of Katsu Chicken Curry with Egg fried Rice!

We are so grateful to The Rescue Cafe - Wrexham Miners Project for allowing us to use their kitchen, thanks to you we are able to make sure our service users, many of which are in temporary accommodation enjoy a hot meal, sometimes their first and only hot meal of the week

We saw a huge turn out in Cook & Eat today! Today we made Carribean Chicken with Coconut Rice and Broccoli 🥘🥦🍚

We also made 2 amazing cakes, a Rainbow Sprinkles Cake and a Red Velvet Cake

Miracle making movies 🙏🏻❤️

Meet Marcus Fair - he survived a 25-year he**in and crack co***ne addiction, vast swathes of homelessness and multiple prison sentences before going on to found Wrexham based charity Eternal Media.
Marcus’ life had spiralled to the point where he endured many rock bottoms and countless overdoses on the streets, lost in the cycle of addiction.
He recalls a moment in prison where he only knew it was his 40th birthday because the methadone nurse dispensing a he**in substitute saw it on his prescription and sang happy birthday to him.
