Delivery Driver – Delivering our Amberlettes to their care calls.

Location: Mold : Connah’s Quay: Flint: Holywell :

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/ holiday cover/ on call

Shifts available Monday- Sunday 8am - 10pm As per rota.

**About Us:**
Our Team is dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable domiciliary care services to individuals in their homes. We are committed to supporting independence and enhancing quality of life for our clients. We are currently seeking a responsible and professional Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:
Our Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely transporting care team members to and from our client homes. This role ensures timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of customer service and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver care team members to clients’ homes and other designated locations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of company information.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and care staff during deliveries.
- Complete delivery logs, route sheets, and any required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to carry out job role in a consistent and reliable manner.
- Comfortable driving for extended periods.
