Our residents have been getting into the Christmas spirit this afternoon by making their own beautiful decorations using cardboard, wool, and lots of creativity! 🎨❤️
From homemade baubles to colourful little ornaments.
We also spent the afternoon listening to classic Christmas music, which filled the room with smiles, singing, and plenty of festive cheer. 🎶❄️🎄

Great afternoon with the Baycroft Choir and today we got into the Christmas spirit by singing some old time Christmas classics. We always have a great turnout for the weekly choir practices and the numbers keep growing. The voices were beautiful, the instruments were musical and the smiles were beaming 🎶 🎶

On Sunday Alva our Chef Manager and Bernie our Wellbeing Lead joined in the heart warming Cake4Kindness CIC Day by delivering our homemade tray bakes to TT Community Support CIC who were in Bedford. They met up with Tina and Rose from the charity who go to Bedford Town Centre every Sunday and help feed the homeless. The warm welcome they received from the ladies and gents who were receiving their hot meals was overwhelming and they said they were all looking forward to the tasty treats.

Today we went on a minibus trip around the monuments of our surrounding villages. Our tour took us to Maulden, Clophill, Westoning, Houghton Conquest, Barton Le Clay and ending in Flitwick. We saw some beautiful poppy displays and one of the comments was from Roger who said “what a great trip, we visited places I hadn’t been for years’.

🎄 We’re officially in the Christmas spirit! 🎄

Today our residents (and staff) got wonderfully crafty as we created mini Christmas wreath decorations using pipe cleaners, glitter, bows, and all sorts of festive art materials🎅🏼
Everyone truly enjoyed the activity and let their creative talents shine ✨
We’ll be making more little wreaths throughout November and December, so be sure to join us for more festive fun!🤩
These beautiful handmade decorations will be displayed around the home to make Christmas extra special this year 🎁💚
